Description   This venturi is sized specifically for the HF, NT and B100 Supply pumps. It can be used for methoxide injection or used to inject air as part of a GL 1 day system.  It is made from PVDF (KYNAR) and will handle pressures up to 200 psi and temperatures up to 200F. Suction line is requires 1/4" ID tubing. Input and output ports are threaded for 3/4" NPT. It has a built in check valve to prevent oil from flowing out the suction port when not flowing. When used to drive the air circulation in the GL 1 Day process it can flow better than 10 SCFH or 4 liters/min. If used to draw methoxide with the oil at 120F this venturi will lift water 3 feet at the rate of 24 gallons per hour with an oil flow rate of 6 gpm. That gives a methoxide to oil ratio of 6.7% and the oil will take between 3 and 4 trips through the pump before all the methoxide is introduced.
